flock of White Herons flying high
in a perfect V as we were driving by
Impressionable and amazing - what a delightful sight
What strong wings they do possess to manage the wind and clouds
Nature is so amazing, you should have seen the perfect V
The flock of White Herons flying free
Not a worry in the world except eating
before sunset and finding the right tree
to perch on the branches
and the egg on the nest hatches
